Gracious Care are a warm and dedicated home care provider with offices in Orpington and Rye. Their social media had previously been managed in-house by office staff, but as they continued to grow, they wanted a more professional approach that could better reflect their values and services.

THE BRIEF
In their own words: “We are an established home care company with a social media presence which has been managed by one of the office staff. We now need to move towards a professional approach with a named individual who will understand the business and our marketing, recruitment, and associated needs in a way which is sympathetic to our business.”
Our task was to take what they had built and create a cleaner, more consistent social presence that felt personal, approachable, and true to their brand.
THE SOLUTION
We paired Gracious Care with a dedicated social media manager who took time to understand their business, audience, and tone of voice. Their old feed had been text heavy, so we introduced a cleaner, more visual style and built out a varied content calendar that mixed informational posts, light-hearted content, and customer-focused updates.
The result is a social feed that feels much more professional while staying sympathetic to the sensitive nature of their work. The team are delighted with the variety of content and the ease of working with a named manager who’s always available to support them.
